Protocols

Our herds are seasonally grazed on fresh grass and legumes and winter-fed quality hay. They receive no grains ever.

Our certified organic products are raised according the the USDA National Organic Program standards. We receive third-party inspections and approval annually. 

We never use genetically modified organisms in our farming practices. This includes no GMO feed, seed, or treatments of any kind. GMO use is strictly prohibited under certified organic practices.

We do not use hormones or antibiotics in the production of our livestock.

Our livestock and poultry has free access to pasture year round.

In addition to pasture our poultry receives supplemental feed that is organic and soy-free.
