We grow an open pollinated yellow corn variety, Wapsie Valley, that has 10% deep red kernels. You will see the red flecks in the ground corn. Use for the traditional Italian dish, polenta, or enjoy as All-American grits. Our ground corn is freshly stone milled at Meadowlark Community Mill in Ridgeway, Wisconsin.
