Rye Flour, Light (Sifted), 10 lb bag

Our sifted light rye flour adds complexity and depth while being milder than whole grain rye. Try it mixed with wheat flour in pastries, pancakes, or your favorite cookie. Pairing rye with chocolate is not to be missed. This flour is customed milled for us at Meadowlark Community Mill, right here in Wisconsin. It is bolted (sifted) to 80% extraction. No preservatives or additives means it is best stored refrigerated or frozen.
